Radar Online, sister publication to Star, is reporting that Sara Leal, the woman who claims that she slept with Kutcher, met with an attorney on Tuesday night.
_____

PREVIOUSLY: Star Magazine is alleging once again that Ashton Kutcher cheated on wife Demi Moore, this time claiming it was with a 21-year old brunette. The publication says that the woman claims she met Kutcher while he was out bowling with his family, slipping him her number on a cocktail napkin.

Though they haven’t publicly commented on the report, there are some potential clues. On September 23rd, Moore tweeted a quote from Greek philosopher Epictetus, writing, “When we are offended at any man’s fault, turn to yourself & study your own failings. Then you will forget your anger.”

According to People, Kutcher and Moore spent September 24th, their sixth wedding anniversary, apart; Kutcher was out with former “That 70s Show” cast mate Danny Masterson, while Moore was in New York promoting her Lifetime movie, “Five.”

Married since 2005, the couple was hit with allegations of infidelity in 2010, when Star claimed Kutcher had cheated on Moore. They also had texts Kutcher allegedly sent another woman, 21-year old Brittney Jones. Kutcher slammed that report. “I think Star magazine calling me a ‘cheater’ qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees,” he wrote on Twitter. “STAR magazine – you don’t get to stand behind ‘freedom of the press when you are writing fiction.”

Jones, it should be noted, also told Star that she met Kutcher in a bowling alley.

Weezy echoes previous statements and says that he knows “there won’t be any repercussions.”

Lil Wayne has once again addressed his beef with Jay-Z, claiming that he knew what he was doing when he dissed Hov on “It’s Good.” In a cover story for VIBE Magazine, Weezy explained that he doesn’t consider other rappers as “competition” and that he’s just focused on his own career.

“There’s no competition [with any artists]. Music isn’t about competition no more. All the gangster rappers are happy, all the skateboard rappers are happy, all the white rappers are happy…,” he said. “Everybody just happy to do music these days. There are no problems. That shit died a long time ago with them old-ass rappers. We are just making music, making money and having fun feeding our families. Competition is for the old guys.”

He also spoke about how he knew others would look at his shots towards Hov as a diss, but says that he didn’t fear any repercussions.

“I know for a fact, music is about perception. You can’t do anything but perceive what you hear. If I know that for a fact, I can never be upset about someone’s reaction to it. I’m not gonna say I don’t know what will happen before I say it [on record]. I do know what will happen. I am aware of it. It is what it is,” he continued. “Well, I’m a man. I believe as a man you should know that. Every man should know the repercussions and consequences behind whatever they do before they do it. And of course, I know there won’t be any repercussions behind what I did.”

Game says 50’s lines in “Love, Hate, Love,” will not go unanswered and promises his own record once he hits a studio.

50 Cent’s latest track “Love, Hate, Love” made its first rounds over the Web yesterday, stirring up sentiments because of its provocative content and intent. Fif spit more hate than he did love though, taking overt shots at both Lil Wayne and full-time adversary, Game.

While Fif questioned Weezy’s un-Hip Hop-like style (“Actin’ like a white boy bored/ Now you wanna jump a flight of stairs on a skateboard”) and mocked the rapper’s clothing (“Why the fuck your pants so tight?/ You trying to show niggas your ass, your alternative life”), his aims at Game struck more personal:

“You said you was gonna see me when your homie got shot/ It’s been a while so I’m guessing you must’ve forgot/ Once again you forget ain’t this some shit/ You forgot about me bitch I wrote your hits.”

While Wayne has not responded to the track, Game addressed it in a tweet on Thursday afternoon.

Brandy’s young bro says he’s moved on from the Loso fight, and brushes off rumors that he’s worked in the studio with boxer Victor Ortiz.

Despite Ray J’s recent blow-up with Fabolous saturating Hip Hop news headlines with help from the story’s bizarre twists and turns, the young singer says he’s ready to move on from that situation. He told Shade 45’s The All Out Show that the entire incident should have never gone public.

“You gotta grow from that,” he said. “That was me letting my frustrations take over. Whatever situations happen behind closed doors [Fab and I] should have left it at that. So as a man I’m accepting my responsibilities on that end and just growing from it.”
Although he said he and Fabolous have not spoken, he believes they both will continue to be professional about the situation.

Ray also dispelled rumors regarding a recently released collaboration between him and professional boxer Victor Ortiz. The song first appeared on gossip site TMZ, but Ray J claims he’s never worked with him.

“I don’t know how the media even comes up with these crazy stories. We ain’t never been in the studio together not one time.”

Ray J is currently working on a new book as well as a television show, although a premise has not yet been made official.

Ever since DMX was released from prison I’ve been biting my nails and clutching my prayer cloth, but so far so good. The thing is…I think I’m more worried about him returning to the concrete hotel than he is. In a recent interview, Dark Man X said he could easily do a 20 year bid and still be killin em at 60! *blank stare*

“How? It’s a part of me. I can do [another jail sentence]. I can do it. I don’t want to. Who wants to? Nobody wants to do it, but I can do it. You don’t want to do it. But if need be, I know I can take a n***a face off, sit down and do that time. See, I’m 40. I can do 20 years. I can do 20 years and get out when I’m 60 and still be in good shape. Yeah, I don’t want to. But I know that, Hey, money [puts his hands up as if to fight], Ayyyy, ayyyy, ayyyy, ayyyy. You know? It is what it is. I’ll take a muthafucka face off, like Nicholas Cage. Real talk. Real talk.”

Rap star T.I. is officially a free man, after he was released from an Atlanta area halfway house today (September 29th).

The rapper spent a full year behind bars, for violating the terms of his probation, after he was convicted for attempting to purchase machine guns and silencers, before the BET awards in October of 2007.

In September 2010, just months after his release on the original gun charges, T.I. was stopped in Los Angeles for making an illegal U-turn, while driving his Maybach on the Sunset Strip.

A search of T.I.’s person, revealed that he was carrying ecstasy, in violation of his probation.

In October of 2010, the rapper was sentenced to another 11 months in prison.

T.I. was released from a Forrest City, Arkansas prison on August 31st, but was sent back to a federal prison in Atlanta, after authorities took issue with his mode of transportation to the halfway house.

The rapper, born Clifford Harris Jr., was sent back to the halfway house to complete his sentence on September 15th.

On Sunday (October 2nd), T.I. will host an exclusive brunch at a private location in Atlanta, to celebrate the success of his AKOO Clothing brand, as well as his release from prison.

Tyrese claims he was WRONGLY kicked out of a radio station in Delaware yesterday — and it’s all because he TOOK A STAND against liquor stores that operate near elementary schools.

It all happened at WJKS KISS 101.7FM in Delaware — when Tyrese, who was invited on the show to promote his album, made a PASSIONATE statement about how liquor stores SHOULD NOT be allowed near schools…after seeing one on his way to the station.

During his rant, Tyrese told the DJ, “Get them cats out of here…selling alcohol right across from your kids school, homie — put the pressure on them homie…you know how to put pressure on dudes selling in your ‘hood.”

But when the show went to commercial, Tyrese was asked to leave the building — and the owner of the radio station confirms to TMZ that it was because he felt Tyrese was “disrespecting” the Delaware community.

After the incident, Tyrese tweeted, “I just kicked out of a radio station from a [program director] who had a problem with me speaking on liquor stores that are by elementary schools in Delaware.”

He later added, “If you don’t STAND for something…you will damn near fall for anything.”

I just heard a rumor from the AllHipHop team. First of all, I am hearing that J. Cole is expected to do roughly 250k his first week out, based on projected sales. Right now, he’s the number 1 album on iTunes. But, check this out, he’s also the number 10 album. His clean album is also selling. Last night, J. Cole had a party with his closest friends and industry people in the building. It was pretty cool, from what I heard. Jay-Z and Beyonce showed up to congratulate the young buck. I believe a lot of people were looking to see if Bey was still preggers since there are these crazy rumors that she is not. Anyway, it is what it is on that front! Respect! Cole World!
