Ok so tell me this, you have NBA superstar Gilbert Arenas of the Washington Wizards plead guilty to felony gun charges for pulling out his guns during a agrument with his teammate Javaris Crittenton over a gambling debt.  To make things worse,  Arenas had a nonchalant attitude when asked about everything that transpired.  Arenas also made a shooting gesture during team introductions that promted commssioner David Stern to suspend the fallen NBA star. Then you have former number 1 draft pick Gregg Odom of the Portland trailblazers having nude pics of him leaked onto the internet. What makes me shake my head is that these guys are giving millions for their God-giving talent and try to throw it all away to be foolsh thugs. Charles Barkley said it best years ago: “athletes are not and should not be role models.”

It was well over  a year in the making, & now   Tiny Cottle has finally opened her nail bar at a strip mall in  Stockbridge, G.A..  Check out the pics from the grand opening !

Tiny’s Nail Bar will feature manicures, pedicures, massages, body wraps, spray tanning, and complimentary health drinks and juices. The shop is described as a full-service nail salon combined with a full-service bar. 

A bar in a nail salon sounds good, there’s never a bad place to have a drink !   But check out the video below, it looks like someone was drunk when they did these nails!  No diss just different strokes for different folks and those styles arn’t my cup of tea!   BTW the background video music is the OMG Girls,  the group Tiny has out, with  her daughter, Toya & Lil Waynes daughter and a couple of other girls.  OMG is all that comes to my mind when I hear the song!

Well here we are with the Confernce Championship games this weekend in the NFL. The Viking vs Saints and the Colts vs  Jets.  With that being said, it kills me that the end is almost here.  Football will be gone until next season.  Whhhhy!!  I mean feel like I kid who made out with the hot girl then she leaves, damn.   But I won’t get  get into all that right now.  Lets talk football.  I feel Bret farve will lead his Vikings to upset the saints in a classic NFL gun slinger shoot out.  In the AFC, I love the jets but Indy got MANNING.  So if my hunch is right, its the colts vs. vikings in the superbowl.  A hollywood finish for a hollywood story.

The rumors for some time now has been that Alicia Keys was kickin it with Swizz Beats even while he was still married to singer Mashonda. For a while, their relationship seemed to be under wraps but lately they’ve been out in public boo’ed up, so I guess their relationship is a secret no longer.  As far as the home wrecker rumors go, Alicia has chosen to speak up.  Here’s what she said:

“People don’t know me for whatever silly rumor or lie they heard, or for silly gossip magazine. I’m fortunate, that’s not what my life circles around. From the beginning, I’ve had to juggle and weigh the silly things people say and I’ve learned that they’re meaningless and they’re mostly inaccurate. So I don’t worry about it, because there’s nothing for me to deal with. I know exactly the person that I am and I feel very proud of who that person is.”

Despite Alicia’s comments or point of view, Mashonda feels that Alicia played a part in the ending of her marrage to Swizz Beats.
